Working closely with the Chapter lead planning and executing events with the chapter's member organisations to promote Service Design in Finland.I support multiple tasks including planning the events, coordinating the volunteer teams, managing event communications and registrations, coordinating and driving speaker and attendee experience, back stage management and on stage hosting.I have been involved in end to end planning and execution of multiple Service Design Day events, SDN Finland's 10th year Anniversary event, which hosted almost 500 attendees. Most recently, I lead a team of three Service Designers planning and developing the attendee experience for Service Design Global Conference 2024 in Helsinki, the biggest hybrid conference this far. The conference hosted 1,150 attendees: 750 in-person and 400 virtual from 55 countries. Our team used past and potential attendees feedback and insights to develop the experience principles, which supported the collaboration across teams to develop a cohesive conference experience.Additionally I supported the communications and visual design teams coordinating post-ticket purchase communications and designing on-site signage materials.

I worked as an interaction designer for Razorfish Germany account. Working for clients like McDonald's, Nissan, Audi, among others. I worked on the production of visual materials, such as banners, websites, game apps, and others. I was responsible of producing perfect quality graphics, which properly reflected the product's design and image. I also participated in some internal projects such as UX research for improving our time tracking tool and office decoration design.
