Developed new business in Nigeria for a boutique German Consultancy, as well as project managing, completing sales for a range of products and managing staff.• Fundraising: Fundraising for private projects (debt & equity) sectors included: Ports, Agriculture, Oil and Gas, Water infrastructure & Renewable Energy. Projects ranged in size from USD $12 Million to USD $3 billion. • Stakeholder Management: Ongoing stakeholder management with project stakeholders (Shareholders, Banks, Multi-laterals, Construction firms, Off-takers, State and Federal Government, Consultants and more). • Partnerships: Development and execution of in-country exclusive distributorships for Partners, including construction equipment, pre-paid water meters, German Solar Panels and Liner Services. • Restructuring: Successful restructure of a moribund Nigerian Port Terminal; increasing revenue from USD $10 million in 2012 to USD $14 million in 2013 and USD $16 million in 2014 with forecasts of over USD $22 million for 2015 and beyond. • Management: Day-to-day management of Terminal General Manager on behalf of Chairman of the Terminal (including several spells spent acting as stand in General Manager during periods of leave). • Sales: Successful sales of 14,000 pre-paid water meters, a USD $250 million equity stake and sale of a 12,500 ha farm amongst other achievements. • Financial Modelling: Ongoing financial modelling undertaken to assist with Due Diligence and development of business models and restructuring programmes.
