Driven by a passion for leveraging data to drive business growth, I co-founded Baneth & Baker Analytics, a marketing analytics consulting company dedicated to empowering e-commerce brands and ad agencies through econometrics and data science. By leveraging platforms like Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google BigQuery and Google Looker Studio to name a few, we transform digital marketing data into valuable insights that fuel strategic decisions, optimize marketing efforts, and increase ROI. As far as my background, I earned my Masters degree in Economics from UNC Charlotte (Go Niners!), and while in school I worked a part-time job as a marketing analytics consultant under an acclaimed statistician for leading manuka honey brand Wedderspoon Organic. Discovering ways to apply classroom concepts to real-world business challenges, I quickly developed a passion for using statistics and econometrics to tackle and solve business issues. After graduating, I spent some time as an Economic Research/Quantitative Modelling Analyst at Ally Bank, where I analyzed and reported real-time economic data regarding the labor market, inflation, consumer behavior, trade, monetary policy, and overall economic activity to key stakeholders. I also participated in the bank's economic stress testing procedure that is overseen by the US Federal Reserve. Although my time at the bank had to come to an end in order to support a family member, I gained invaluable experience in data analysis, econometrics, and statistics that I now apply in the realm of digital marketing and e-commerce. From analyzing ad spend effectiveness to improving website page speed for SEO, the opportunity to add value to a company is why I love what I do!
