I am a General Manager with a career history with Kodak culminating in the UK Chairman and MD position and including senior executive positions in General Management, Sales, Marketing, Production, Service and Supply. Change management was an essential skill as we drove Kodak into the digital world. A significant part of this was the ability to retain and motivate teams as we completed the journey together, along with a true focus on results including revenue growth and cost control to ensure the delivery of earnings, and inventory, payables and receivables to deliver cash.I returned the successful UK business to growth as we introduced new product and market areas into our portfolio.I have managed businesses in the consumer electronics and consumer durables space dealing with all of the key retail multiples. I have also managed Kodak's commercial business supplying equipment and consumables into the printing industry.In my Chair and MD role I chaired the Kodak Ltd board, represented Kodak externally, managed changes in T's & C's of employment to integrate acquired businesses and reduced cost, managed all the necessary facets of corporate governance and Chaired the board of the Kodak Pension Plan Trustees one of the UK's larger DB plans. I managed an extensive property portfolio and capital budget.Since leaving Kodak in 2010 I have held and continue to hold Trustee and Non Executive positions in the Private, Public and Third sectors.
