Since then, it has evolved into a suite of products, each a first of its kind, that have disrupted the hearing testing industry around the world and democratized access to hearing healthcare.Along with a fantastic team of creative people, we have smashed long-standing barriers in the industry; bringing clinical diagnostic hearing tests not only to remote communities around the globe (SHOEBOX Standard, SHOEBOX Pro), but also revolutionized outdated and inefficient occupational hearing conservation programs with a superior and modern solution (SHOEBOX PureTest).We continued our mission by bringing innovation into hearing screening when I conceived of a user-friendly kiosk-style hearing screening platform (SHOEBOX QuickTest). We then continued with the mission by taking it online, just in time for the 2020 pandemic, after I proposed a new way to perform online hearing screening for lead-capture (SHOEBOX Online - https://www.shoeboxonline.com/signia-global, https://www.shoeboxonline.com/truhearing1) that is far more accurate than anything else on the market today. Our amazing development team brought those visions to life, and these platforms continue to delight all who experience them.Along the way, I have pioneered and patented multiple innovations for sound-generation, testing algorithms, invented new user-friendly (and fun!) testing techniques for patients of all ages, and invented new ways for our software to intelligently learn from our ever-growing database of audiograms.I continue to look for new opportunities for innovation in existing or new products every day.As co-founder, Chief Technology Officer, and Chief Security Officer, I have a lot on my plate, but I’m also in a great position to be able to combine the passion of innovation with the responsibilities of handling sensitive medical information, and maintaining the high degree of trust that both corporations and patients put in the accuracy and security of our solutions.
