PRIVATE CLIENT COACHING:I see international clients online or in person at my coaching suite in Kent. In the first session we get to know each other, build trust, agree the brief and decide relevant homework: subsequent meetings are normally an hour. I recommend meeting face-to-face but distance, remote and overseas clients generally find Google Meet, WhatsApp, Teams, Zoom, FaceTime or Skype efficient, more convenient alternatives. Every client is individual and unique in terms of their needs, budget, urgency, state of preparation and rate of progress. I charge per session and clients keep coming for as long as they need my support which is typically 3-6 times. Some have retained me for ongoing executive coaching long after landing a new role - and all of my private work comes from personal recommendations and features in the media.

Based at The Hive on the Regent's Park campus, I harnessed my global personal network for internship, employment and project opportunities for the cosmopolitan, multi-lingual students, postgraduates and alumni of the European Business School and Regent’s University London. My wide commercial experience and influence injected interesting collaborations on and off campus. These included recruiting c40 senior executive friends to kick-start Regent's Postgraduate Mentoring Programme; introducing several staff lecturers and numerous guest speakers; and directly attracting several students to study for Regent’s degrees.As lead mentor for young entrepreneurs for the Tier 1 Graduate Enterprise and Start-Up Visa programmes, I supported Regent's "Highly Trusted Partner" status with the UKVI and Home Office while training students to pitch for the university's "Dragon's Den" enterprise competition and helping to establish a cross-curricular enterprise skills programme for all students. I also presented popular workshops on Finding Your Ideal Job; Networking; and How to Use LinkedIn that I continued to deliver commercially to firms, business organisations and a number of top UK business schools and universities.
