At Camera Center, I am responsible for engaging with employees regarding up to date inventory and making sure that we are hitting sales goals with getting those items sold. I am also responsible for training and on boarding new hires, making sure they understood and adapted to the processes that are in place to become successful. *Previously* I was in an associate role but I consistently hit my sales goals and had a lot of returning business. The owner felt like it was a no-brainer to put me in the management role.
