Additionally to the previous Producer responsibilities, I’ve taken on coordinating the Operations coordination, staffing and team coordination for projects and clients.

- Listen to and understand the client's needs related to the video project, and help translate related solutions into the video projects- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure a project staff that will help ensure quality deliverables for the client, on time and within budget- Deliver consistent results. Reduce costs. Increase efficiency. Improve customer and stakeholder satisfaction- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members, stakeholders, and clients- Work with staff to manage and prioritize competing deadlines and tasks- Create and manage detailed project plans, ensuring that all deliverables are tracking for on time delivery to the client- Review project deliverables, providing quality assurance in line with project scope and objectives- Quickly identify and escalate issues, dependencies or risks to team goals or project timelines

- Managing website redesigns (long- and short-term projects)- Full cycle projects; starting a 10-phase process from discovery up to launch & hand-over while maintaining client communication- Coordinating and Supporting the creative and development teams- Training clients (content management)- Organizing and preparing weekly client check-ins- Providing regular Budget updates- Website maintenance (Bug fixing, Content implementation, Security updates, etc.)- Support sales team for pitch presentation and proposals

Managing seasonal marketing campaigns, and web developments projects. Additionally, managing the app development project, including weekly UX/UI workshops, coordinating departments and teams, and writing project proposals.

Taking care of clients, by applying the previously learnt skills. Supporting content management, and content creation. Managing digital and print marketing projects, as well as website maintenance and redesign projects.

Shadowing senior team members to learn the basics of project and account management; including budget & Ressource planning, time management, and client services.
