Today I know what that means: generalist. And even better: I know how to deal with it - problem-solving skills, quick adaptability, questioning existing structures in an innovative way and above all: willingness to learn. With this in mind, I've always craved learning about different industries and organizational structures. These days as the Next Gen of a family business, I'm passionate about digitalisation, bridging the gap between traditional industry and new technologies and focus on customer-oriented process improvements. As a freelancer at NetworkWF, I am dedicated to transformation in my home region of Waldeck-Frankenberg and lead projects and workshops for local companies to provide new inspiration for their transformation. In my passion project, the Handwerk Next podcast, I actively engage in thought-provoking conversations with innovative people from the craft sector.
