    I love facilitating teams to identify process efficiencies and mitigate risk. In this role, I had the opportunity to form focus groups of SMEs to review and create procedures. As a result of a couple of projects, we were able to reduce the FTE count by 2 and reduce the number of procedures by 37%. By documenting our most complex process, we were able to offshore some of our work and increase quality onshore. Employees were able to focus on more customer service and complex work onshore.I worked with the team to reduce the backlog of financial discrepancies. By having daily standups, creating status reporting for management, and prioritizing capacity, we were able to save the company over a million dollars.I was able to implement risk mitigation by creating detailed business continuity plans.
