Hello! My name is Julia Neiva. I am a Marketing student at Fairfield University with a concentration in Digital and Social Media marketing, and a minor in Entrepreneurship. I have three years of experience in managing social media accounts for small businesses. For these businesses, I’m in charge of running ads and creating content through posts and stories to publish and advertise on social media platforms including Instagram and Facebook. I also work on the digital marketing aspect of social media to increase numbers for the businesses and build brand awareness. I do so by organizing promotions and creating ad campaigns in an effort to increase the businesses' audiences and draw more people to their pages. I am fluent in English and Portuguese, as well as conversant in Spanish, backed by seven years of Spanish education. With this language proficiency, I plan on being able to better connect with various types of people in and out of the work force and also enhance my communication skills.
