I'm a designer, researcher, and technologist who creates experiences to interact with information and navigate complexity. My work inquires into the nature of human thought and understanding and the role technology can play in giving rise to more clarity and insight.Over the last 7 years, my work has revolved around crafting tools for thought and interfaces for knowledge exploration. At the heart of my approach is a commitment to making complex systems more tangible in order to create experiences that truly empower and inspire. I am driven by a deep curiosity about the fundamental principles and patterns that underlie human cognition and understanding and our entanglement in systems.As a hybrid designer/technologist with over 15 years of experience as a visual designer focused on design systems, I excel at developing systematic, aesthetically refined, and scalable products. My background as a software developer and proficiency in AI systems architecture enable me to leverage my multidisciplinary expertise to guide teams in creating innovative experiences at the frontiers of human-computer interaction.In my role as a designer and consultant, I work on assignments that align with my expertise and interests. Alongside this project-based work, I conduct research that explores aspects of systems that enhance human cognition and creativity. My research focuses on interface paradigms that enable intuitive navigation of complex information landscapes and facilitate rich, dynamic collaboration and co-creation in virtual spaces inhabited by humans and AI.
