I help Cochlear achieve it's mission to help people hear and be heard and transform the way that people understand and treat hearing loss by building our global consumer marketing capability. I am responsible for managing the introduction and optimisation of consumer marketing processes, tools and approaches with our regional and country marketing teams so that they can effectively execute direct-to-consumer marketing. This includes: Developing and mapping global business processes for direct-to-consumer marketing. Facilitating global capability working groups in Marketing Analytics, Marketing Excellence and Consumer Sales. Producing process documents and artefacts. Creating tool-kits and templates.
