I'm a Project Manager with four years of experience in Project and Program Management and a total of seven years in the Music Industry. I work with Grammy winning and nominated international touring artists and national music festivals to organize, plan, and implement the paths towards their goals.Some examples include:As a Project Manager at Rainmaker Management, I worked with the events promotions team to develop and implement planning and scheduling systems, create collaborative and quality assurance tools to track, support, service and report the promotional lifecycle of the artist's live performances. As a Project Manager with DelFest and in collaboration with Nugs.net, I helped bring together and coordinate various teams from graphic designers, videographers, social media directors, streaming coordinators, artists, and artist managers, to put together a 3 day online music festival that received 1.4 million views, and state and private endorsement.
