• using SQL to provide data extract from Epicor
• using Oracle Data Integrator to perform extract, transform and load process of data between Epicor and Oracle.

Key Acheivements:----------------------------Reduced the number of support calls by 75 per month by developing a training course for clients to help them understand the management reports produced by the ERP. Saved one week per month in centralised management duties for a client by implementing management reporting at both state and business function level.

Key Acheivements:----------------------------Improved clients ability to manage payment of their tax liabilities during a year by developing a PAYG tax Instalment calculator using PowerTax. This provided clients with the amount and timing of their forecasted tax instalments for the current financial year. It also benefited clients by adjusting their future.
