Saved one week per month in centralised management duties for a client by implementing management reporting at both state and business function level and restructuring the general ledger allowing delegation of management duties to both state and functional managers.

Key Acheivements:----------------------------Improved clients ability to manage payment of their tax liabilities during a year by developing a PAYG tax Instalment calculator using PowerTax. This provided clients with the amount and timing of their forecasted tax instalments for the current financial year. It also benefited clients by adjusting their future tax instalments where their income levels had changed during a year.Saved 90% of time in data entry of a client’s tax return and minimised late lodgement fees by building functionality into each of the computerised tax schedules, functionality to export client data to a data warehouse and in turn feed into the client’s tax return.
