Julian has a wealth of experience working with leading businesses and property companies and is responsible for the development and leadership of the RLB retail sector nationally. He has been the architect of many of the BSI approved innovative tools, techniques and processes adopted by RLB to deliver their unique approach to programme and project management. These tools have assisted in the management of successful national and international programmes and include; mobile working platforms, data base systems, innovative data capture processes, data analytics, and real time dashboard reporting systems. Much of his work has been adopted across other RLB sectors and services where diverse teams are necessary.
