Fluent Commerce was born out of the Parcelpoint technology platform. Its origin was a white label version of the Parcelpoint click & collect software, designed for omni-channel retailers.After winning a handful of market-leading retailers as anchor clients for Fluent's enterprise SaaS offering, we successfully demerged Fluent and Parcelpoint in October 2016. Fluent is now a leading global order management platform.
