The Senior Implementation Manager (Sr. IM) is focused on driving company innovation through process improvement, enhanced decision making skills, opportunity analysis methodology and service delivery optimization. Serves as an integral business partner to Maxim's Business Development (BD), Sales and Operations teams nationwide. Responsible for effectively leading the proposal team and proposal processes for the entire organization as well as working cross-collaboratively with a variety of departments and subject matter experts (SMEs) across the organization including marketing, finance, contracts, legal and compliance. Responsible for ensuring ongoing proposal quality, process efficiencies and best practices including ongoing continuous improvement.•Establishes, effectively implements and manages best practices and approaches across all phases of the strategic bid process.
