Sourcing and recruiting top-tier professionals and executive leaders across:- Enterprise functions, including Corporation Affairs, Finance, Human Resource, Legal, Privacy, Technology, Data Science. - Technical Operation & Risk organization, including Procurement, Quality & Compliance, Environmental Health & Safety, Sustainability, Health Care Compliance, Supply Chain Services.

- Conduct and lead consultative recruitment processes for Supply Chain, Logistics, and Commercial positions in LATAM, carrying out end to end recruitment processes and positioning Talent Acquisition team as a strategic and trusted partner for our businesses and stakeholders. - Provide the business with Relevant Data and Market Insights – Talent Insights. - Generate Pipeline by sourcing and execute proactive mappings for Leader and Manager positions in LATAM, by LinkedIn Recruiter and social media.- Participate in different projects: Continuous improvement, Talent Pipeline, Gender Balance, Data Integrity & KPI’s, Hiring Manager Scale Up, Talent Scout to Hiring Managers, Employer branding.

- Manage the Due Diligence process, hiring and Onboarding for new employees and internal movements in Mexico, Colombia, and Brazil, connecting with leaders to ensure strategy and processes are executed in accordance with company objectives.- Support the team leader with the generation of metrics, in addition to the validation of policies and procedures.- Implement improvements in the Recruiting and Onboarding process, seeking the best customer experience.

- Execute the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition strategy, to identify, attract and evaluate potential candidates for different areas, both Sales & Marketing and Supply Chain, in operational, tactical, and strategic positions.- Coordinate the recruitment and selection processes, advising the different Hiring Managers throughout the process, to facilitate the hiring of open positions.- Design and negotiate salary offers with candidates, ensuring attractive remuneration conditions, considering internal and external equity.

- Execute the HR and TA strategy in Cali and lead wellness activities.- Develop strategies and support the team to meet KPI’s.- Lead the On boarding process, considering regulations and policies of the company.- Support the retirement process.
