Key Contributions & Results:• Business management and growth of Retail and Business Segments within the Coast region from 2015 to 2020.• Formulation and Implementation of Region business development strategies to region 200 staff members on strategic changes and ensuring that any target changes are agreed upon and implemented.• Customer Service Management: through the implementation of region strategy Cluster emerged and maintained a top position on the Net Promoter Score target of 50 as per the bank's NPS parameters. • Sales management through Branch Managers, Business Relationship Managers, and Credit teams including leading Direct Sales teams. In 2020 grew income of Ksh 74 million from 2019 Ksh 18.6 million which is equivalent to net growth of Ksh 55Mn, YOY 285% growth.
