Coordinate and collaborate with both ownership and employees on various menu layout designs, graphics, and content development. Design promotional pages for hosted events, featured specials, and table tent displays. Developed a business performance. Created operational training plans for all employees in order to enhance the customer experience and improve the onboarding to transcend the language barrier that existed with ownership and several coworkers who spoke little English.

Hired as a Harvest Technician and was promoted 6 months in as the Lead Compliance Label Technician after demonstrating seamless adaptability and technical savvy. I went above and beyond my duties upon hire as the company was still in its start-up stages to help in areas outside of my responsibility by making Excel spreadsheets with formulas to gather and analyze data, writing standard operating procedures that are still used today, designed several label templates for heavily regulated compliance labels, as well as labels to help organize our vault with everything from plant material to oil concentrates, created a companywide employee review sheet also still used today and created a silk-screen shirt design for company promotion as just a few examples. I made myself familiar with the Medical and Adult-Use Compliance Regulation Laws in Massachusetts and the live tracking system known as METRC as I built the compliance labels in their very beginning stages.

Worked as a lead bartender up until Dog Bar closed its doors due to new establishment property owners. My responsibilities entailed keeping clean conditions in the bar and restaurant. I regularly trained others behind the bar and helped with liquor inventory. I designed dinner and drink menus for Dog Bar as well as helped direct their social media marketing strategies.
