Currently in charge of financial planning at Mercantil Banco Panamá, after have being on a series of corporate roles focused on finance subjects, such as leading complete finance areas (CFO), acting as IRO, in charge of financing, I have too overseen through direct reporting corporate subjects such as HR, Sourcing and administrative areas. I have worked for financial institutions mostly but have been involved in Fintechs, Data Analytics start ups, real estate and energy companies. A more detailed summary of my previous positions is presented in the next lines:Before my current job I Lead Financial Planning, Equity and Solvency Analyses, Strategic Planning, cost and efficiency and Investor Relations teams for Itaú Colombia. Itaú Colombia is part of Itaú Unibanco, leading bank in Latam and number 13 worldwide. Before Itaú, I lead and structured Financing for both Equity and Funding Strategies and Investor Relations teams for Energy of Bogotá Group. Previously, I acted as IR head for Banco Davivienda, where I had the responsibility of managing equity and debt relations for the institution, this after holding other capital markets positions for Davivienda. I pioneered fine-tuning process and methodological changes for Fixed Income Market Valuation methodology at Colombian Price provider Infoval, part of the Colombia Securities Exchange. Finally had experience in the automotive assembly industry for both Renault and Toyota at Joint Venture company SOFASA nowadays SOFASA Renault Colombia. I enjoy analyzing commercial strategies, investments and interacting with stakeholders. Work experience and personal life has provided me with a confident and well-developed positive and professional manner.
