Critical care 27 bed unit specializing in heart/lung transplants, ECMO, bedside CRRT, pre/post-op vascular and cardiac surgery, hypothermia post-cardiac arrest, VAD placement post-op care, and various cardiac (heart failure, structural heart disease, dysrhythmias) and lung (PA repair/resection surgery) presentations. Patient high acuity care 1:1 or 1:2.• Certified in CRRT, ECMO, VAD, Centrifuge, IABP, and hypothermia protocols/patient care• Participated in ongoing current clinical research with patients on the unit• Shared in daily grand rounds with a medical team of various medical professions to enhance autonomy and continuing education for each patient’s case

Critical care unit focusing on neurological, transplant, surgical, and medical specialties. Of note, liver, pancreas, and kidney transplant and advanced ENT free-flap surgeries associated with oral, maxillary, eye, facial, and/or throat cancer where a large patient population. • Participated in continuing education internship, with certification to undergo leeching of patient’s free flaps, advanced respiratory equipment for patients, transplant post-op care, and CRRT
