Pre-licensed mental health clinician and expressive arts therapist with a background in higher education, dance/movement and creative writing. Experience working therapeutically with individuals, groups and in designing and delivering wellness programming in community-based and academic settings. Experience supporting clients in cancer care, through care-taking, grief, and bereavement, as well as adult learners, career-changers and college-aged students. I hold the MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with Expressive Arts Therapy specialization, the MFA in Creative Writing, the Nia Black Belt (somatic movement educator) and Yoga 200 hour. I specialize in body-based approaches to mindful awareness and self-acceptance.
