Intellect (YC S21) is Asia’s largest mental health tech startup with a mission to make mental healthcare and well-being support accessible for everyone. With a focus on business delivery, I worked with highly cross-functional teams to develop and execute zero-to-one product and market expansion strategies.- Led product and commercial teams to scope, pilot, and launch holistic services (finance, nutrition, and fitness) across 10+ new markets in < 6 months- Established GTM strategy to scale service delivery capabilities across EMEA, LATAM, and North America- Restructured and trained Customer Support teams to drive product adoption and service utilisation on app

- Conducted quantitative and qualitative analyses to create market penetration strategies of a tech and financial service company in APAC- Led a communications audit to build a framework for ESG integration into client’s overall brand strategy

- Created weekly investment memos - covered market sizing, industry landscape, competition- Lead the pilot of Pulse63’s Investment and Accelerator Program, sourced and networked with early-stage start ups across APAC- Supported idea validation for the venture build pipeline

- Drove automation of support operations and reporting using Alteryx and Tableau, cut process time from 1 hour to < 30 seconds- Process mapped and prototyped data migration and centralization of all client databases for Corporate Banking
