Command Executive Assistant & Protocol Officer
CurrentServes as the executive assistant for a two-star command. Directs, prioritizes, expedites, and integrates taskings and requirements. Exercises control and oversight of administrative functions and programs for the Command Group as it relates to: supply; travel/transportation; information management; records management; civilian human resources; budget; and timekeeping requirements. Provides team leadership, direction, and procedural/administrative guidance to administrative personnel. Serves as the protocol officer for the 79TH TSC command. Serves as the agency representational funds custodian for official representation funds. Maintains accountability for all protocol supplies and equipment. Develops invitations, guest lists, seating arrangements, place cards, programs, menu recommendations, and determines correct flag placement for official events. Plans, coordinates and executes an array of official and social events hosted by the Senior Army Reserve Leadership. Provides guidance to the command group and staff on technical protocol requirements and policies. Liases with DoD and DA Protocol to synchronize protocol procedures and remain current with protocol guidance. Writes and edits formal programs for various workshops, conferences and social events.
