Born and raised in agriculture, I left home at the age of 17 to live and study in another city. Since then, I went from an intern in web development to a founding partner of a promising company in the educational field.I have 12 years of experience with software development and technology, currently working as a Software Engineering Manager with a focus on innovation.I went through a lot of development functions, software architecture, business analysis, product management, project manager, leading and coordinating software development.I am a co-founder and board member of a startup called PowerCubus, in the educational field; an easy to use and highly scalable web solution, which has served more than 36 thousand educational institutions throughout Brazil in 6 years of operation.I learned many things in this trajectory, among the main ones are the delivery of value and relationship with the customer, conflict management, KPI management, project management, continuous feedback, leadership, marketing techniques and lead capture, continuous process improvement, agility, management 3.0 and extensive experience with software, covering and working actively in all stages of the project life cycle.My current focus is on people management and innovation in the IT area. I'm a musician by passion, father of Lara, husband of Pamela, a very happy and a huge optimistic guy!
