As Implementation Director my tasks ranged from project conception and proposal writing to supervision and management of implementation. During this period I oversaw two projects for Telefonica Foundation under the Connected Rural Schools initiative managing a team over 20 people.

Given the commitment of the Rwanda government towards a one laptop per child initiative, OLPC has moved his Learning Team from Cambridge, USA to Kigali Rwanda. As part of this team, my job is to work in the Learning and Technical aspects of the Rwanda deployment, trying to create exemplars for other countries in Africa refer to. This task is very broad.

At OLPC, I support large-scale laptops deployments in schools both in South America and Africa. My task is to provide technical and pedagogical assistance during the planning, implementation and assessment of these projects. I develop local human resources both in the technology and learning aspects of the project, creating and executing programs with.

As a Senior scientist at LEC, I work into a multidisciplinary group constituted by computer scientists, pedagogues, artists, designers, psychologists, philosophers among others, developing and testing innovative software and computers in education methodologies. As a Web Learning Environments Developer, I lead a small team of programmers implementing Virtual Learning Environments and Internet games in Python and PHP. I work with a senior group of researchers, translating their theoretical concepts and ideas into products. I also work in the development of the technical team, making sure they have a basic.
