About Juliano Febo

As a Project Manager, I work with diverse clients and stakeholders to create and develop plans for commercial construction projects, both privately and publicly funded. My mission is to improve existing businesses & communities, bring more wealth, people, and a stronger community together with each project. I am a Procore Certified Project Manager and have been working in the construction project management industry for 7+ years.I work directly with businesses both small and large to deliver high-quality results within schedule, scope, and budget. I manage contract negotiation, manpower, project controls, budgets, schedule, compliance, and quality assurance aspects in all of my projects. I draw on my previous experience as a Contracts Professional at the Naval Nuclear Laboratory, where I proudly supported the United States Nuclear Navy. Additionally, I serve on the Zoning Board of Appeals in my local town, where I am an advocate for the community and my neighbors. I am passionate about diving into new challenges and opportunities, and I am always looking to learn and grow.
