About Julian Olin, P.E.

Julian is an accomplished young professional who began his career in structural engineering in 2018. His design resume is filled with an array of high-profile projects varying in use type, system, and complexity. More allured by the bigger picture in the real estate industry, Julian shifted out of engineering in 2021 and is now a Development Manager and licensed real estate salesperson. He is passionate about all facets of real estate development and sales. In 2021, leveraging the confluence of his background, experience, network, and entrepreneurial spirit, Julian started a small structural engineering business with a former colleague. He is responsible for business development and business administration for the Ardent Structural Engineering Associates team. As a developer, Julian has a unique understanding of the needs of Ardent's clients.In 2022, to be armed with a better formal understanding of both the big picture and the finer details in the business world, Julian commenced a Dual MBA-Masters in Real Estate Development Degree at the University of Maryland. Julian is committed to service, mentorship, and constant growth.
