I was in charge of communication between truck drivers and the management team overnight as the business was closed in the off hours. I was also responsible for ensuring no trespassing or unwanted company was allowed onto the property and safe documentation inside of the management's office and my office was kept secure. Within the security team after some years, I was the head of the small force and was the direct liaison to administrative management when the other guards would wish to communicate about vacations, scheduling, and pay.

As a sales associate, I was responsible for reaching a weekly quota of tire sales and speaking to customers about repairs needed to their vehicles. I would be the communicative representative of the mechanic technicians responsible for translating vehicular issues to the average customer's knowledge level with provided examples and a sense of urgency to make the sale. Within my tenure here, I was quickly promised a management position within the company and was looking to move upward. A family emergency resulting in my move back to Florida ended my tenure early.
