Current❏ 17+ years of consecutive experience in the area of research and evaluation.❏ National, regional and global evaluations and research studies in Asia (e.g., Cambodia, Philippines, Indonesia, Pakistan), Africa (e.g., Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Mozambique, DRC), Middle East (e.g., Yemen), and Europe (e.g., Georgia, Italy, Switzerland).❏ Clients include UN Organizations (e.g., UNHCR, WHO, UN Trust Fund to End Violence against Women, Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia, UN Voluntary Fund for Victims of Torture), European Commission, bilateral agencies (e.g., GIZ, USAID, AFD, AusAID, DANIDA), foundations (e.g., Heinrich Boell Foundation), and international/national non-governmental organisations (e.g., Médecins du Monde, Bread for the World, Terre des Hommes, ECPAT, IPPR, Plan International, Avocats Sans Frontières, Christian Aid, Institute for Foreign Cultural Relations, Transcultural Psychosocial Organization).❏ In-depth knowledge of and extensive experience in applying quantitative and qualitative research techniques.❏ Experienced in managing and supervising internal and external evaluation teams, developing methodologies, providing evaluation services, drafting deliverables and effective liaison with clients.❏ Familiar with evaluation regulations and systems including gender policies by donors and their partners (e.g., UN Trust Fund, European Commission, GIZ, USAID, AFD, DANIDA).❏ Substantial experience in designing of and training on organizational PME frameworks and practices.
