Julian is a certified strength and conditioning specialist with NSCA with over 9 years of experience developing fitness programs with a combination of strength training, cardiovascular exercise, and nutritional counseling. Julian's personal approach and knowledge has allowed his clients to accomplish fitness goals, weight to lose weight or build muscle. Even though at his youth, Julian was fit and in shape for soccer, he struggled with the appropriate nutritional lifestyle. As a result, he was overweight and could cause more complications to his health due to his already chronic liver disease. From the day he went to the doctor to for a check and they told him he needs to lose weight, his whole mindset changed about his lifestyle. From that point on he educated himself on nutrition, exercise, and habits that have brought him to this point. Julian is currently a strength coach and personal trainer in Rockville, Md. He develops specialized programs for each of his clients based on their needs, these include post-rehab, weight loss, strength/muscle gain, injury prevention, and athletic performance. His business, Prepare for Performance, provides personal training, sports performance, and small group training programs. All of these programs are run out of his facility in Rockville, Md.
