About Julian Tardo
I'm the owner of Church Road Studio Ltd where I've enjoyed producing and recording many artists for major and independent labels. The studio has been going for 28 years.I've recently left teaching after 25 years as a lecturer in Music Production on the Degree programme at Greater Brighton Metropolitan College (now CCG). I've also worked for Water Bear college recently. My expertise is in recording engineering, live recording, live sound, mixing, mastering, and music production, location sound, post production mixing. I enjoy making music video too - previously for Rough trade sessions, Fat Cat, Full Time Hobby, and my Bowlegsmusic blog (now retired - all archived on YouTube).I also work as a location sound recordist with my own kit.
