• Experian Health eCareNEXT Implementation: As project lead, analyzed, developed, and provided training for 150 registration staff and supervisors on a new Registration Quality Assurance and eligibility enhancement tool.
• Act as eCareNEXT system administrator and contact point between end users and our software vendor
• Provide individual and department feedback on registration and eligibility errors to measure and track progress
• Investigate denials and utilize QA software to improve registrations to improve eligibility denial rates
