Non Presential Teacher for Human Resources and Innovation at the Faculty of Business Administration

Deliver a broad range of professional services to the companies on the Human Resources and/or Innovation field to allow them to create better, more efficient, creative and productive processes, using context analysis and identification and classification of needs supported on design and improvement processes, methodologies as Design Thinking and Business Canvas Model to create tailor made solutions for the organizations.

Responsible to lead, manage and design the implementation and monitoring for the operative and administrative processes to run the company from the scratch. Additionally, define the real estate purchase strategy, project progress and the legal financial decisions of the company.

Management and direction of Human Resources processes such as recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, training and development of personnel and the legal and disciplinary processes for the commercial areas of the organization. Additionally, I was in charge of outsourcing personnel providers for the sales and technical support force.

Person in charge to lead the recruitment, selection, training and personal development processes with emphasis on the automotive industry énfasis following the ISO TS 16949 guidelines. Additionally I was a methodological consultant on the kaizen program that looked for the continuous improvement and cost savings through innovation methodologies applied to the productive and administrative processes.

Support to the Formation and training processes and responsible for the critical charge certification project on the production plant.
