Inspired by the best practices of lean startup and dual-track scrum I love working in short iterations to ensure speedy implementation of qualified ideas, contributing to the continuous product improvement and team transformation.With people behind the product being key to its success, I pay great attention to the team's understanding of the product vision, strategy and performance, so that the team is naturally connecting with the goals, contributes to the roadmap and is inherently motivated to ensure product success and competitive edge.As a strong communicator I enjoy standing in front of people sharing product updates. Behind every effective communication there is a product strategy, roadmap and release forecast helping to set the right expectations with various company stakeholders at any given point of time.
