I firmly believe relationships matter and networks are powerful! Growing up with travel agents as parents, I was lucky enough to explore the world from a young age. I have a deep interest in sociology (micro and macro), psychology, neurology and the science that bridges them. The culmination of my life and work experience has led me to found Relatus, where we are dedicated to building human relationship capability. During my career I am fortunate to have facilitated and attended thousands of events globally - in nearly every industry, with every job title. With 20+ years’ experience, practice and research in this field. It's this practical experience that has made me so dedicated to helping people connect on a more human level. More than ever, and especially as we face into challenging and changing working environments, I believe the future is human. To succeed, we need to refine our approach to how we interact, engage and grow in networks (existing & potential). Fast becoming the most critical asset an organisation has, a network does come down to each individual and therefore an investment in that person's social, soft and emotional skills is critical. We will all face many challenges with creating and managing relationships. Now is a great time to refine your human skills and focus on what you can learn and do.
