For the past 20 years, I've provided leadership in senior management and volunteer roles with social profit and emergency organizations across the globe. I've managed portfolios with more than $5 million in operations and 45 FTE. I've worked on major capital campaigns and opened new projects and facilities. I work with staff and volunteers to link our mission to our day to day, so that everyone knows why their work matters. I lead passionate and committed teams while incorporating measures to reduce compassion fatigue, burnout, and disengagement from the cause. My operational experience leading Human Resources and Finances includes emergencies and major change management. I have strong revenue development skills as volunteer, staff, and board member, based in values, relationships, and cultivation. I am flexible and adaptable having worked on 4 different continents, and with many different stakeholders and partners.
