As VP of Business Development & Operations, I oversaw and executed Animal Kingdom's strategy, finance, operations, and human resources functions. I managed the company's financial modeling and conducted analyses of key business drivers, trends, and performance indicators in order to shape corporate strategy. Through these insights, in tandem with market research, I spearheaded due diligence efforts and drove the strategic growth of nascent audio, television, gaming, and representation businesses.

As Director of Business Development, I opened LogicPrep’s 3rd and 4th offices (Rio de Janeiro, Miami), managing the process from global growth strategy development and initial market research to business unit P&L ownership and on-the-ground operations oversight.

As the primary salesperson in Brazil, I more than doubled international client acquisition while serving as the leading account manager and college consultant. Working with HQ, I standardized processes across offices and solved for operational inefficiencies.
