Although The KPI Institute has been around for 20 years as a research institute specialised in business performance and also providing training and consulting services, Systaems is a new entity that focuses only on delivering business consulting services on multiple practice domains such as Strategy & Business Planning and Performance Management.๐ So in a way itโs a start-up.
