- Managed relationships with 45+ existing partners who facilitate 70% of the total Kiva US loan portfolio delivering loans to low-to-moderate income, BIPOC, and women-owned businesses across the US.- Developed full onboarding process in partnership with sales team, onboarding 50+ newly-signed partners and maintained a 97% retention rate of owned portfolio.- Created a scorecard system for identifying strong partners and partners in need of intervention, leading to a more seamless sourcing process for sales team as well as more intentional retention of high-performing partners.

- Led project to A/B test outreach approaches for delinquent loans leading to a 20% increase in response rate.-Hired and managed a rotating cohort of intern positions and contractors (up to 10 direct reports at one time) dedicated to loan review, who processed upwards of 300 applications monthly, with close to $5M in loan supply annually.- Strategically managed a project to transition the customer support queue to a better-situated team within Kiva, leading to a deeper alignment of messaging to customers and decreased the time-to-first-response to less than 1 day.

- Responsible for system’s operational side of client projects, including work on the back end of the SupplyShift SaaS platform and worked closely alongside project managers to deliver the best possible product to customers.- Communicated directly with the 900+ users on the platform, assisting with their support requests and making sure they had a smooth experience.- Upgraded and implemented a new way to on-board users and provide a fully built-out support center with step-by-step guidance.

-Owned responsibility for reviewing and posting 30% of entire Kiva US portfolio, fully funding 129 entrepreneurs and bringing $771,941 to small business entrepreneurs. -Piloted Kiva Leads program, developing unique operations and structures to manage Kiva’s top US markets, responsible for 50% of the Kiva US portfolio. -Planned and executed first ever Kiva US Leads training, facilitating day-long training and engagement for Kiva’s top 13 US markets.

Substituting for grades K-8 in the Kentfield School District. Courses taught vary from math to history and language arts as well as art/enrichment classes.

The University of California Santa Cruz role of Sports Club Coordinator maintains 49 competitive and non-competitive clubs. My role was to organize the files and paperwork required for each club to hold a presence on campus. I updated and managed the webpages related to each club, fielded emails between my boss and the captains, followed up on the timely registration of each team, and ran the weekend concessions along with Special Events staff on campus.

As part of this international, student-run organization I organized music and arts events on campus and in the Santa Cruz community to raise money for clean water projects in Bihar, India through partnership with Viva Con Agua. My role revolved around managing the events we held on a quarterly basis (i.e. contacting and following up with hosts, setting up displays, and collaborating with members of the team to delegate tasks). As part of the LUCY team I used my positive attitude and enthusiasm to sell and educate customers on our products. I learned to use a cash register, order and stock supplies, as well as how to identify a customer's needs and exceed their expectations.
