I managed the communications and operations of LISC's Green Development Center (GDC) within the organization and with its community partners and coordinated the Center's expansion as a financial, technical, and educational resource for comprehensive green development at LISC's 30 local offices nationwide. • Provided a variety of research and outreach support for large-scale projects in transportation planning for government, nonprofit and academic clients. Analyzed and interpreted statistical data and incorporated.
• Developed the firm’s “Pedestrian Best Practices Toolbox” which documented more than 200 measures designed to improve the safety and usability of the pedestrian realm.

Project managed the development of a 100-page transportation and infrastructure trends report that documented the city’s spatial evolution and impacts of personal automobile use on travel behavior, infrastructure quality, and public health. Report is being used in developing the city’s first Master Plan, and is published online here.

• Coordinated a victorious year-long campaign for increased affordable housing requirements, multimodal transportation, and green building standards in a downtown Station Area Plan.
• Planned public forums, walking tours, and fundraiser events, raising over $20,000 for the coalition.

• Established the campaign’s national issues and policy department from scratch, organizing existing policy papers into categories, authoring and editing more than 100 new position papers, and creating a web page to.
• Selected to participate on the Boston team for organizing the campaign’s presence at the Democratic National Convention, including planning fundraisers, forums and attendee logistics.
• Offered permanent staff position by Congressman Kucinich in D.C. Congressional office.
