Prevention and Empowerment Services (PAE) advocates, empowers, and provides learning opportunities that inspire individuals throughout West Michigan to create safer, equitable communities and to aid in the prevention of sexual violence and domestic abuse.As a Prevention Specialist, I was responsible for developing and implementing social justice and sexual.

As a Youth Coordinator, I was tasked with planning, modifying, and facilitating Girls Inc. curricula on-site at the YWCA and in schools and other youth-serving settings.I facilitated programming to diverse youth ages 8-18 on topic areas including mental health, safety, substance use prevention, leadership, sexual health, and pregnancy prevention.

As the Peer Mentor of the Women's Leadership House I served as a resource and role model for WLH residents, planned and facilitated events and programming, and encouraged community building.
