As part of the UN-Habitat Brazil and Southern Cone core program, I support monitoring, evaluation, and learning activities, enhancing document production and project reporting across multiple countries,while also assessing project implementation. Previously, in collaboration with UNDP and UNODC, I supported project development by coordinating activities, liaising with stakeholders, and organizing meetings, seminars, and workshops. Additionally, I executed technical and operational tasks for participatory methodologies, including Public Spaces Design Workshops and Women’s Safety Audits, and coordinated the developing a distance learning course to build municipal capacity.

I provided assistance in implementing core programs in Cabo Verde and Guinea Bissau, which included engaging with stakeholders to collect, analyze, and disseminate data related to program outcomes and outputs (M&E). I was responsible for preparing work plans, concept notes, and annual activity reports, and contributed to the organization, management, and reporting of meetings and workshops. Additionally, I provided technical support for the Participatory Slum Upgrading Programme and contributed to the development of the Housing Sector Profile and National Housing and Urban Policies in Cabo Verde. I also assisted in the development of Urban Basic Plans for the Bijagós Archipelago, involving the preparation and revision of reports within the Spatial DevelopmentFramework (SDF), in Guinea-Bissau.
