Work in partnership with staff and volunteer leadership to develop individual, mid-level and major giving pipelines. Responsible for identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of individual prospects and donors.

Oversee the Peer 2 Peer Programs for JDRF in the Greater New York City area, which includes New York City, Long Island, Fairfield County, Westchester, and the Hudson Valley. We plan and successfully fundraise for the JDRF One Walks, the Ride to Cure Diabetes, and Team JDRF participation in the NYRR TCS New York City Marathon and the NYRR United Airlines Half Marathon.

Solicit annual fund, major gift, planned gift, and leadership giving prospects by conducting meaningful face-to-face interactions with donors and prospects. Oversee and participate in donor/prospect strategy sessions with other development staff along with faculty and school administration. Liaise with multiple advisory councils within the Weissman School of Arts and Sciences including the Dean's advisory council to engage and include both donors and alumni in the school. Cross country travel to engage donors and alumni outside of New York City.

Responsible for internal corporate events, CPR training programs, and heart health lessons at 30+ companies. Coordinated corporate sponsorship and participation in the Wall Street Run & Heart Walk with 12,000 participants. Worked directly with CSR departments to compliment corporate culture.

Stewarded Major Donors across the country to build stronger relationships with Stanford, Hoover, and Hoover fellows to surpass our fundraising goals. Responsible for end-to-end planning of 30+ fundraising events per year ranging in size from 20 to 600 attendees in different locations nationwide.

Responsible for the growth of broad-based community support for JDRF, its programs, and its events. Executes a portfolio of campaigns, with accountability for significant income targets, as well as event-related mission and advocacy activities. Ensures goal achievement through the effective leadership, engagement, empowerment, and mobilization of the community and event participants. Responsible for end-to-end planning of fundraising events ranging in size from 150 to 5,000 attendees in different locations across New York City.
