About Julia Miron
Hi, my name is Julia, and I’m a Messy Meditator. What that means is that I’m human. And the title is a reminder to you and to me that we don’t have to be perfect on the path to being mindful. In fact, the path to living more mindfully is more about dropping perfectionism. Life is messy. Meditation can be too. You’re not doing it wrong, you’re just human.I’ve been practicing mindfulness for 15 years and teaching for nearly ten years. I’m a Qualified Level 1 Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher and I offer individual mentorship sessions to help support your mindfulness practice, your path to living more mindfully, or just general self-improvement through a mindful lens.Other areas of expertise are communication, navigating messy relationships, grief work, and embracing vulnerability as a superpower.Feel free to check out my website to learn more!
