I analysed and documented the customer migration process in conjunction with British Gas Communications. This process was adopted by British Gas in the migration of 600,000 customers. This generated £1.2m revenue per month.

Working with the Macmillan Press (now known as Palgrave) I documented business requirements for the book production system. The purpose for this system was to reduce administrative costs in the book production lifecycle by 35%.
