My "Narrative Canvas" project for the Gilman Scholarship incorporates 3 creative stories and photographs reflecting how I overcame challenges as a lower-income student during my own study abroad journey. The canvas not only highlights the transformative impact of studying abroad for lower-income students but also emphasizes the profound personal and cultural growth such experiences can foster.

•Conduct training and mentorship programs for new team members, fostering their leadership abilities and serving as a key resource for problem-solving, which enhances overall team performance.•Develop an annual operational schedule for 10 staff members, ensuring optimal coverage while overseeing the execution of 10 projects per year to drive community engagement and support.•Design 9 community events per year for 550 students, strengthening residential bonds and building long-term connections.
