My goal with my clients is to make the home buying or selling process a seamless one. I always have an informational consultation with potential clients first to get to know them along with their wants and needs and to ensure they understand the buying/selling process. For the past 3 years I've primarily focused on navigating buyers through the home buying process. I've gained vast knowledge on what most buyers prefer in a home, what makes them excited or what turns them away, and how to use that in negotiating the best deal for them. For 2015 my goal is to work with more sellers. With the knowledge I've gained working with buyers I'm better able to prep sellers for what to expect when their home hits the market. I'll work with sellers to make sure their home appeals to the largest buyer pool and help them to avoid buyer turn offs. I'll also be able to use my experience with buyers to negotiate better deals for my sellers.I'm originally from Minnetrista and now live in the Plymouth area with my family. The western suburbs are my favorite part of the Twin Cities and I love to help clients with their real estate needs in this area.
